- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources - 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR generalist, legal HR, or recruitment) - Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment practices - Strong administrative and documentation skills - Good communication skills with a professional and firm approach - Able to work independently in a fast-paced F&B environment - Employee contract & HR documentation management - Support the drafting and implementation of company regulations / code of conduct - Ensure employment practices comply with applicable regulations - Conduct end to end recruitment processes - Manage job offering and new employee onboarding processes - Support the implementation of company culture in daily activities - support employee performance evaluation
