Human Resource Officer

Scope of Work: - Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring). - ⁠Support fast hiring needs in a high-turnover environment. - ⁠Build and maintain a candidate talent pool. - ⁠Coordinate onboarding and basic employee administration. - ⁠Assist with employee exit processes and basic HR documentation. - ⁠Maintain HR data and simple recruitment reports.

Job Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields. - ⁠1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (high-volume hiring is a plus). - ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - ⁠Able to work fast, organized, and detail-oriented. - ⁠Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - ⁠High compliace & attention to details.
