Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Strategic HRBP Initiatives:

• Act as a strategic business partner for internal departments and external partners, with a focus on supporting talent needs for IT, digital, and startup ecosystems.

• Ensure HR strategies align with business goals, especially in technology-driven environments.

2. Strengthen External Relations:

• Seek and maintain partnerships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders within the tech, digital, and startup landscapes.

• Identify and foster opportunities for collaboration to support business growth, project needs, and talent pipelines.

3. Lead Recruitment for Tech and Digital Roles:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions such as Product Managers, Software Developers, UI/UX Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and IT Project roles.

• Ensure quality of hire and alignment with organizational needs through proactive sourcing and effective selection processes.

4. Advise Management on Workforce and Talent Strategies:

• Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business development.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent strategies anticipate and meet future organizational demands.

5. Mentor Talent for Outsourcing and Career Readiness:

• Provide structured guidance and mentorship programs to prepare candidates for outsourcing projects and long-term career success in the technology sector. 

• Support talent in developing both technical and professional competencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience as HR with additional experience in partnership

• Strong knowledge in partnership, especially in IT & Digital industry

• Familiar with IT & startup industry landscape

• Experienced in hiring Digital Talent (Product Manager, Programmer, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or other IT Project roles)

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Has experience in outsource and mentoring is a plus
