About the role

Support recruitment processes and employee onboarding. Assist in drafting and updating HR SOPs and policies. Monitor employee and departmental KPIs. Support training execution and employee development initiatives. Act as the notetaker and coordinate the execution of cross-divisional meetings.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field

• Fresh graduates with organizational experience or an HR internship are welcome to apply

• 1 year of HR experience is an advantage

• Basic understanding of HR administration and recruitment

• Detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and capable of working systematically

• Keen interest in HR development, SOPs, KPIs, and people development
