About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people oriented HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting employee development, and building a positive and productive workplace culture.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage day to day HR operations.

• Build strong relationships with employees and handle employee related matters.

• Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.

• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.

• Work closely with management to support business and people strategies.

• Prepare HR reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources Manager, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong understanding of HR practices and Indonesian labor regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
