IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Utilize tools like JIRA, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and roadmaps to track progress and report updates.

• Collaborate with large and diverse teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

• Present project updates and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure problems are resolved promptly.

• Act as a leader within the team—encouraging accountability, transparency, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Willing to work fully on-site (WFO).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA.

• Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Skilled in project planning using Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and roadmap creation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in delivering clear presentations and reports.

• Able to communicate complex technical tasks to non-technical audiences.

• Proactive, critical thinker, curious, and possesses strong leadership capabilities.

• Experience managing large teams is a plus.
