IT Project Manager

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing application development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards. You will work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire application development project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

• Determine the appropriate tech stack with the development team, based on project needs and best practices.

• Monitor and control project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take necessary corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular project updates.

• Ensure the quality of the delivered product meets the established standards.

• Estimate the time and resources required for each development phase.

• Ensuring proper project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Project Manager in application development.

• Previous experience as a developer (web, mobile, or other) is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Good skills in project time and cost estimation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Clickup, etc.).

• Knowledge of various application development tech stacks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, native Android/iOS, backend technologies, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
