Junior SEO Associate

What You’ll Do

• Research keywords across our core themes: AI interviews, CV screening, interview assessments, and related hiring tools.

• Build well structured SEO pages that answer search intent clearly.

• Maintain our keyword map and ensure pages do not overlap or cannibalize each other.

• Monitor performance in Google Search Console and evaluate early ranking signals.

• Study competitor pages and identify opportunities for us to outrank them.

• You will focus primarily on keyword research, search intent, and building SEO landing pages.

Who You Are

• You enjoy researching, reading, and understanding how content ranks.

• You write clearly and directly in English, without fluff or corporate language.

• You are consistent, detail oriented, and reliable with deadlines.

• You like improving your work through feedback and iteration.

• At least 1 year of SEO experience is required (content-focused, basic technical SEO is a bonus)

What Success Looks Like After 6 Months

1. Foundations Built

You have:

• Built SEO pages for all priority categories: commercial, informational, and comparisons.

• Created a clean internal linking structure that supports page authority.

• Ensured every page meets our writing standard and directly addresses hiring managers.
  

2. Rankings & Traffic Outcomes

You are achieving:

• Consistent weekly growth in Google Search Console impressions.

• 20 to 40 (article and product) pages ranking on page 1 for mid-tail keywords 

• 3 to 6 high intent commercial pages ranking on page 1.

• Steady month on month traffic growth from organic search.

These signals show that the SEO foundation is working and scaling.
