KOL Intern

As a KOL & Influencer Marketing Intern, youll support the team in planning and executing influencer campaigns that grow KitaLulus brand awareness and user acquisition. Youll be involved in researching and reaching out to KOLs, coordinating campaign deliverables, tracking performance, and preparing campaign reports. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

1. Assist in planning and executing KOL/influencer campaigns to support brand awareness, user acquisition, and campaign objectives.

2. Research and identify potential KOLs based on niche, audience, engagement, content quality, and campaign needs.

3. Maintain and update the KOL database, including profiles, rates, deliverables, and campaign performance.

4. Assist with KOL outreach, communication, and campaign coordination.

5. Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, deadlines, posting schedules, and deliverables with KOLs.

6. Monitor content production, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

7. Track campaign performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, clicks, downloads, and conversions.

8. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly campaign reports and performance recaps.

9. Support KOL budget, invoice, and other campaign administrative tracking.

Job requirements:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, PR, Business, or related fields.

2. Passionate about social media, influencer, and digital marketing.

3. Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media metrics.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.

6. Experience in influencer marketing, social media, organizations, or marketing projects is a plus.
