Job description and responsibility :





Draft and review company business agreements and ensure contracts comply with Indonesia legal policy standards



Handle corporate governance matters: BoD/BoC resolutions, company documents, legal audits



Handle company licensing through OSS/RBA, including updates and renewals



Monitor regulatory changes and provide compliance updates



Oversee office operations including security, cleaning, building management, and facilities maintenance.



Support for company events and travel arrangements.
