Legal Senior Associate (Job Code: KLI-23)

Job descriptions:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (aircraft leasing, vendor, procurement, SLA, partnerships, joint ventures).

• Provide practical legal advice on manpower law, employment matters, termination strategies, and dispute handling.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (Company Law, OSS-RBA, aviation/transport regulations).

• Manage corporate governance, including board resolutions, shareholder documents, and regulatory filings.

• Develop legal templates, SOPs, and contract workflows to support scalability Identify legal risks and provide business-oriented solutions for strategic initiatives and partnerships.

• Liaise with external counsel, notaries, and government authorities.

• Support licensing, transactions, property/lease matters, and expansion projects Handle legal aspects of incidents, disputes, and regulatory issues.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience (law firm background preferred; in-house is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian company, civil, and manpower law.

• Exposure to aviation, transportation, or regulated industries is an advantage.

• Excellent legal drafting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Strong business judgment, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• PERADI license (or in progress) preferred.
