Job Responsibilities:





Oversee the live streaming process, coordinate the execution of each stage, and handle unexpected situations;



Assist the host team in training on live streaming scripts, pacing, and platform rules to enhance local operational capabilities;



Perform data analysis and provide feedback and adjustments based on live streaming performance;



Conduct live streaming reviews, provide insights, and propose optimization plans;



Possess strong planning, team management, and organizational coordination skills;



Manage the live streaming team.

Job Requirements:





Bachelor’s degree or above, familiar with TikTok content ecosystem and skincare live streaming strategies; successful cases are a plus;



At least 2 years of experience in TikTok live streaming or short video platform operations, with preference for experience in beauty/skincare categories;



Experience in managing live streaming, e-commerce, or FMCG categories.



Language Requirements: Fluent in English or Chinese.
