Marketing Communication Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Support the creation of marketing and communication content for promoting Belanjaku (social media captions, promotional copy, basic articles, campaign messages)

2. Assist in managing Belanjaku’s content, including posting, monitoring engagement, and preparing simple performance reports

3. Help execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives for BelanjaKu

4. Assist with the coordination of marketing activities, events, or activations related to the product

5. Support the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, and internal reports

6. Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and target users related to BelanjaKu

7. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to ensure consistent brand communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

2. Strong interest in marketing communication, branding, and product marketing

3. Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

5. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

7. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

8. Experience in using Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc., will be a big plus

9. Experience managing social media for personal projects, campus organizations, or brands

10. Basic understanding of content planning, storytelling, or digital marketing concepts

11. Interest in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products (relevant to BelanjaKu)
