Marketing Supervisor - Restaurant

Job Description:

• To manage delivery online channel, new partners and vouchers.

• Monitor the performance of sales & products in online channel.

• Develop initiatives to increase revenue of online delivery channel.

• Proposed & monitor any digital marketing new initiatives & projects Big orders

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations, IT, outlet staff, and finance teams to ensure all campaigns and menu updates are executed accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as marketing in food & beverage or retail industry

• At least 1 year handling food online delivery

• Good in Microsoft excel

• Have experience in digital marketing is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong exposure in digital marketing strategy, social media management, graphic design, content creation and promotion ATL (Above the line) and BTL (Below the line) strategies.

• Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and strong in leadership skills

• Have knowledge of all processes about events, production events, awareness, etc.

• Expert using Excel (v-klook up)

• Fluent in English both conversation and writing.
