Job Location JAKARTA GENERAL OFFICE Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION As a member of the PHC Sales and Detailing team, you will play a vital role in executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and delivering detailed product information. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute sales strategies in alignment with team objectives. - Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information. - Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth. - Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize job impact and personal learning. - Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements. QUALIFICATIONS - At least 2-3 relevant experiences as medical representative or similar role - Minimum graduate degree, preferred pharmacy, biology or other health related educational background - Able to drive and has motorcycle license (Sim C) in Indonesia - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others. - Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly. - Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements. - Open for mobility across Indonesia (Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya) and potentially across Indonesia.
