Job Desc:





Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and SEO.



Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to achieve maximum ROI.



Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.



Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling marketing assets (ads, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.).



Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.



Improve website traffic and conversion through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.



Manage social media channels and content calendars to grow online presence and engagement.



Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.


Requirements:





Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



Proven experience (1-2 years) in online/digital marketing.



Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.



Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Email Marketing Platforms



Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.



Good communication and teamwork skills.
