Outbound Sales Executive

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales—must have experience as a property agent or in the property industry.

3. Familiarity with the real estate market in Indonesia.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a full time remote Outbound Sales Executive to join our PropTech SaaS team. In this role, you will find new clients, present our platform through demos, and close deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reach out to clients by calls, emails, meetings, and office visits.

2. Run product demos.

3. Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

4. Build and maintain client relationships.

5. Meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Share updates and feedback with the team.
