Partnership Admin Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Partnership Admin Intern to support our influencer marketing and partnership initiatives. You will assist in researching and onboarding KOLs, coordinating campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and tracking campaign performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves administrational work, highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing influencer strategies.

• Research, evaluate, and onboard relevant KOLs; maintain the influencer database.

• Support communications, negotiations, and campaign coordination.

• Prepare creative briefs, track content timelines, and ensure brand compliance.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates are welcome.

• Strong interest in influencer marketing and partnerships.

• Comfortable with repetitive and administrative tasks is a must.

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets formulas is a must.

• Strong learning mindset and motivation to grow.

• Has administrative experience.

• KOL or partnership experience is a plus point.

• Adaptable and quick to learn.

• Extroverted and strong communication skills.
