Partnership Development Intern

What You’ll Do

• Find potential partners, referrers, community leaders, and influencers to drive business results. 

• Reach out and explain the program through online and offline meetings

• Prepare the agreement and make sure they understand the rewards.

• Follow up and keep them active (send updates, reminders, and appreciation).

• Keep a record of who you contacted, progress, and results.

 What You’ll Learn

• How to build real partnerships with people who drive business results.

• How to do outreach and communication that gets replies and trust.

• How marketing programs like referrals and influencers work from the inside.

• How a fast-moving startup team operates day-to-day.

 What Success Looks Like

• You help sign *at least 25 referrers* and *20 influencers* in 3 months.

• Your partners help drive user growth and deposits for KitaLulus' program.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English

• Friendly and confident when talking to people.

• Good attention to detail and follow-up.

• Curious to learn about marketing and partnerships

• Preferably a fresh graduate.

Bonus Points

You have experience in student organizations, event committees, or sales roles.
