Partnership - Influencer Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.

• Influencer Research & Selection Research and evaluate influencers relevant to our brand.

• Help maintain and update our influencer database.

• Negotiation & Relationship Management Support communications with influencers or their management.

• Assist in negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines.

• Campaign Execution Help prepare creative briefs based on brand guidelines.

• Coordinate content scheduling and track publication timelines.

• Ensure content meets quality and brand compliance standards before posting.

• Monitoring & Analysis Monitor ongoing campaigns and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI).

• Assist in preparing performance reports and insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends.

• Basic data analysis skills for campaign tracking.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
