Job Description:

Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results.

Optimize ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Work with the creative team to make engaging ad content.

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

A/B test ads and landing pages to improve performance.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.



Requirements:

Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing especially in Education and Technology Industry.

Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending of at least IDR 150,000,000 a month with ROAS 3 - 5 times.

Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.

Have understanding of SEO and marketing funnels.

Creative mindset to make engaging ads.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
