Permit, License, and Stakeholder Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage permit and licensing processes, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and community relations to support the successful execution of a large-scale manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage permit applications and regulatory approval processes • Coordinate with government institutions and external stakeholders • Monitor permit timelines and compliance requirements • Handle community engagement and CSR activities • Address community concerns and support project continuity • Support compliance audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements

• Experience in Footwear Industry is preferred • Bachelor’s Degree from any major • 4–5 years of experience in permit handling, compliance, CSR, or stakeholder management • Strong understanding of government permit processes and regulatory compliance • Proven experience coordinating with government institutions and external stakeholders • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred • Good English communication skills
