PIC Telemarketing

Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.

What would you do:

• Managing day to day activities and continous improvement of telesales team

• Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for team.

• Trained the telemarketers how to handle objections, managed technical questions, and managed customers feedback.

• Managed the telemarketers’ disciplines to meet the target.

• Liaise the clients and Project Officers/ Marketing Specialist on telemarketing projects.

• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Be proactive in doing the telemarketer’s PIC role.

• Works to achieve the target.

• Completes the database if any outdated data.

• Writes phone conversation reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Follows up the prospects proactively to achieve the target.

What You Need to have:

• Experience in Telemarketing PIC minimum 2-3 years

• Bachelor’s degree from any study.

• Fluent in English is a plus.

• Product knowledge in IT industry is a plus.

• Basic Microsoft Excel.

• Result and target driven.

• Persistence, time management, customer service, and prospecting skills.

• Excellent Communication Skill & Problem Solving

• Discipline and professional.
