Plant Manager (KLI-79)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plant operations including production, PPIC, warehouse, maintenance, quality, and related functions.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and cost targets.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as productivity, yield, OEE, waste, downtime, and operational costs.

• Identify operational issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

• Coordinate effectively with R&D, QA/QC, PPIC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments for integrated plant performance.

• Lead, develop, and evaluate plant team performance to foster a high-performance culture.

• Prepare and present operational performance reports for management and ensure plant readiness for internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive plant operations. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management, maintenance, warehousing, supply chain, and food safety standards.

• In-depth understanding and application of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 standards.

• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen continuous improvement, OEE, and cost efficiency.

• Excellent leadership skills with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage operational audits effectively.

• Position is onsite requiring mobility between Surabaya and Jabodetabek locations.
