JOB DESCRIPTION





Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.



Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.



Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and local transportation.



Monitor inventory levels and track incoming/outgoing shipments.



Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records.



Collaborate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and delivery priorities.



Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.



Handle problem resolution related to suppliers, deliveries, or logistics delays.



Support reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis related to procurement and logistics.

REQUIREMENT





Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.



1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).



Knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs regulations is an advantage.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software.



Strong negotiation and communication skills.



Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
