Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement.

Support the procurement process by generating purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.

Requirements:

Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Previous experience or coursework in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
