Staf Payroll

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee administration, including attendance, overtime, leave, transfers, promotions, demotions, resignations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring accurate data updates in the system.

• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to leave, overtime, payroll, and other HR matters.

• Prepare and issue various employment letters, including permanent status, staffing changes, and internal/external memos.

• Support monthly payroll processing by providing accurate reports on staffing, new hires, resignations, and other relevant data.

• Distribute and manage performance evaluations for contract renewals.

• Handle BPJS and private insurance registrations and terminations, including document preparation.

• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., hospitals) for claim processing and document verification.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, within relevant competencies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in HRIS and General Affairs, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.

• Proficient in employee data management using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and solid administrative skills.
