Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing of goods and services in accordance with company needs.

• Process and monitor Purchase Orders, invoices, and billing terms (TOP).

• Develop sourcing strategies and evaluate vendor performance.

• Oversee supply planning, order scheduling, and stock replenishment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including price negotiation and performance evaluation.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and meet deadlines.

• Maintain procurement documentation and prepare accurate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in procurement is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• High integrity and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Willing to work onsite at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
