Responsibilities: Research, validate, and oversee the development of new products from concept to launch. Ensure all products comply with relevant product regulations. Manage project timelines, risks, and trade-offs while maintaining high quality and performance standards. Collaborate with internal teams on product briefs, formula feedback, claims, packaging, and regulatory requirements. Analyze competitor launches, gather consumer insights, and identify market gaps. Oversee quality and safety testing to ensure formulas are ready for mass production. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Cosmetic Science. Strong passion for beauty products and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Fast learner, proactive, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
