Responsibilities: Assist in researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor products. Support the development of product concepts, specifications, and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, and manufacturing) during product development. Prepare documentation such as product briefs, reports, and presentations. Participate in product testing, collect feedback, and recommend improvements. Requirements: Active university student or recent graduate majoring in Chemistry or related fields. Strong project management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
