Product Manager

Will responsible as below:

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Translate business requirements into actionable product opportunities and clear product specifications.

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

• Monitor product performance and define key metrics to measure impact and inform future decisions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Support continuous improvement of product management practices and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into product opportunities and functional requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management — from ideation to launch.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking; able to use data to drive decisions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion).

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple projects effectively.
