PT Van Aroma merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri minyak atsiri dan merupakan produsen minyak nilam terbesar di Indonesia. 
PT Van Aroma didirikan sejak tahun 2006 dan berlokasi di Gunung Putri, Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Adapun produk utama perusahaan kami adalah Minyak Nilam, Minyak Pala, Minyak Cengkeh, Minyak Sereh Wangi, Minyak Akar Wangi, Minyak Bunga Kenanga dan minyak atsiri lainnya yang berasal dari Indonesia. Kami juga memproduksi turunan dari minyak atsiri berupa isolat alami dan bahan kimia aromatik, serta ekstrak tumbuhan seperti Ekstrak Coklat, Ekstrak Kencur, Ekstrak Kopi, Ekstrak Jahe, Ekstrak Kayu Manis, dan Ekstrak Temulawak.
PT Van Aroma kini sedang mengembangkan bisnisnya dengan teknologi terbaru yaitu Ekstraksi CO2, produk-produknya antara lain Minyak Kopi CO2, Minyak Kencur CO2, Minyak Jahe CO2 dan Minyak Cengkeh CO2.

Job Description:

- Develop, implement production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for completion of work tasks

- Inspect product to verify conformance to specifications and direct machine setup and adjustments

- Interpret work orders to employees - Coordinate production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and maintain results

- Ensure that all employees are properly trained and that responsibilities are defined and understood

- Provide regular performance feedback; - Responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.

- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules

- Observe safety of work area, employees, and first responders for all workplace accidents

- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement



Requirements:

- S1 Chemical Engineering

- Experienced in the Essential Oil/Chemical industry as a Production team for at least 1 year

- Able to speak and communicate in English

- Willing to work in the Gunung Putri area in 3 shifts/6 working days
