Responsibilities:







Handle the procurement process of goods/services according to company needs.



Search for and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.



Create Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure smooth purchasing administration.



Maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.



Ensure on-time delivery and quality of purchased items.



Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.



Coordinate with warehouse and related user departments for goods receiving.





Requirements:







Bachelor’s degree in any major.



Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.



Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).



Strong communication and negotiation skills.



Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.



Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
