QC Power Staff

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Quality Control Power SPV, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all electrical switchboards and components meet the company’s quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations. This role involves inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production processes, and conducting final product testing to ensure safety, functionality, and reliability.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement and document data and measurements to assist management improve company performance, manufacturing processes and product quality

• Convey the Manager/Supervisor strategy to teams, organize teams to maximum use of available resources to complete the assigned missions

Budget

• Make a recap of equipment submission data, and activities such as training or other operational activities to find out the amount of budget used either monthly or annually.

Main Activities

• Ensure Health and Safety continuous focus, application and improvement

• Ensure the quality control process runs smoothly

• Implement quality, work safety and environmental systems consistently

• Create work reports and other tasks assigned optimally

• Improve direct and indirect productivity

• Implementing the Legrand Way

• Carry out routine activities of quality radar

Role Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Familiarity with electrical components, wiring diagrams, and switchboard assembly processes.

• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IEC standards, or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in using inspection tools and basic testing equipment.

• Independent and able to work under tight timeline

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Able to speak English fluently
