Job Description: - In charge for sales performance of branches under - Regional of Jawa Timur, Sulawesi, Bali, & Ambon Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory - Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets - Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and also for branch monitoring/coaching Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred - Min 5 years experience as Regional Sales / Area Manager in Securities, Asset Management, or Banking Industry Located in Surabaya - Having active WPPE license Target oriented, good communication skill, and proven leadership experience
