Reservation Agent

General Requirements: • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (depending on the position). • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same or a similar position within the hospitality industry. • Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and excellent guest service practices. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism. • Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules when required. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. • Familiarity with hotel systems and Microsoft Office is a plus (for relevant positions). • Well-groomed, service-oriented, and able to perform under pressure. • Willing to be placed at any Ratna Forever Hospitality property as required.
