Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial products (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).

• Strong technical understanding of engineering products, systems, or industrial solutions.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.

• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.

• Prepare technical proposals, cost calculations, and commercial quotations.

• Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications and successful project execution.

• Provide after-sales technical support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the company system.
