Wilopo Cargo – Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who’s passionate about driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional logistics solutions. In this role, you’ll identify new sales opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and help clients find the best solutions for their cargo and shipping needs.

What you will do

• Actively identify and approach potential new customers who need shipping services from China to Indonesia.

• Promote and sell Wilopo Cargo's services, including FCL, LCL, RMB Entrusted Transfer, and Shopping Service.

• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively with a focus on long-term potential.

• Understand market trends and customer needs to offer the right solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager team for seamless handover and customer follow-up.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

What you will need

• Willing to do canvassing at least 3 times per week to expand customer acquisition

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have a high orientation and desire to work in sales.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or working in an import company.

• Optimistic and target-oriented personality.

• Have good communication and negotiation skills.

• Have high integrity, initiative, and good behavior.

• Presentable, energetic, and confident appearance.

• Note: This position is commission-based but still provides a basic salary
