Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales strategy to meet company targets

• Break down yearly targets into monthly plans, aligned with seasonal trends

• Monitor weekly sales performance and lead review meetings

• Coach and lead the sales team through regular performance feedback and skill development

• Build tools and systems to help the team achieve consistent results

• Ensure complete and effective usage of customer database to boost sales

• Collaborate with Marketing and CR teams to analyze customer feedback and improve service

• Drive new customer acquisition and repeat customer growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Head, preferably in a service industry

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and coaching skills

• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Experience with customer database and sales tracking systems is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
