Sales Manager PT. Nextgen Inovasi Digital (ShortPro)

As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our company’s growth. Your role involves understanding potential clients' needs, presenting the solutions we offer, and closing deals strategically and professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop selling strategies for our digital platform products through direct and collaborative with business development teams for digital channels.

• Build, maintain, and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial leads to final closing.

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations with prospective clients (B2B & B2C).

• Prepare tailored proposals that meet each client’s business requirements.

• Collaborate with the product and onboarding teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Analyze sales data, create regular reports, and provide insights for strategy improvement.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital, technology, or B2B services industries.

• Proven track record in selling technology products, software, or automation systems.

• Familiar with how business operations teams work (finance, admin, sales, etc.).

• Skilled in writing persuasive and professional sales proposals and communications.

• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.

• Able to understand client business workflows and offer relevant solutions.

• Communicative, confident, and capable of building relationships with diverse types of business owners.

• Knowledge of the media entertainment industry and its challenges is an advantage.

• Willing to work on-site at Learning Center Serpong Tangerang.

• Available to join immediately (ASAP).
