Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sales Officer:
Drives company revenue by identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and closing sales.

Qualification:
1. Male, maximum 30 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering
3. Minimum 1 years of experience in a lubricant company, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing
4. Strong understanding of lubricant products and industrial/automotive applications
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
6. Minimum GPA 3.5
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
8. Target-oriented and result-driven 9. Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibility:
1. Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, handling queries, and providing after-sales support.
2. Identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls, and actively seeking new business opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
3. Executing sales plans and strategies within assigned territories to boost sales performance
4. Developing in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
5. Preparing accurate sales reports, tracking performance, and analyzing trends to inform management.
6. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
