Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Personnel to join our team. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and developing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and supporting our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue streams.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, Including content creators, distributors, and advertisers

• Negotiate and close deals that align with ShortPro's business objectives.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trend and opportunities.

Partnership Management:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner engagement and satisfaction.

• Track and report on partner performance.

Sales and Marketing Support: 

• Support the sales and marketing teams in developing and executing campaign.

• Identify and pursue potential advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

• Assist in creation of sales and marketing materials

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of ShortPro's overall business strategy.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and analysis.

• Track and report on key performance indicators.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.

• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
