Senior Human Resource

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management. Proven expertise in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools for efficient operations.

• Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Experience in employer branding and certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.

• Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

• Oversee HR operational processes, including employee records, payroll, compensation, benefit and compliance with labor regulations.

• Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and best practices.
