Senior Teaching Manager Coordinator

Position summary 

The Senior Teaching Manager Coordinator works alongside sales and service teams to support the CD (or the production manager if there is one) in the management and development of the academic team and adherence to operational performance indicators such as production efficiency, new student conversion, staff and student retention, and customer satisfaction. As well as holding STM duties for their assigned center, the STM Coordinator provides support to other centers within the partner group. 

The Senior Teaching Manager Coordinator reports to the Center Director, Production Manager and Partner. The Senior Teaching Manager Coordinator will consult with the appointed Academic Operations Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain effective communication among team, center, group and national levels

2. Supporting the center's KPI's and targets

3. Scheduling and Teacher Utility

4. Teacher and STM Development

Qualifications & Skills

1. Can be placed either in English 1 Makassar and/or Manado

2. Bachelor's degree

3. 120-hour TEFL Certification

4. Diploma level TEFL Certificate (DELTA/DipTESOL)

5. Commitment to ongoing professional development

6. A minimum of 10 years EFL Teaching experience

7. Experience teaching students aged 3-18 years old

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

10. Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

11. Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude
