Responsibilities:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

- Juggle multiple brands' accounts like a pro.

- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track campaign performance, optimize content, and provide reports to management.

- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and technologies.

- Be able to pivot strategies and tactics based on analytics and feedback to optimize performance.
