Social media specialist

Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Writing, editing, designing, and recording content materials.

2.⁠ ⁠Develop and publish engaging content, such as posts, stories, and promotional materials, across various social media platforms.

3.⁠ ⁠Track social media channels to identify trends, opportunities, and user engagement.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Evaluate and assess the performance of social media content.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Design daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars and editorial schedules.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms to maintain strong audience engagement.

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms, tools, and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. ⁠Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Staff or similar position.

2. ⁠Prior experience or familiarity with NGO work or legal industry practices.

3. ⁠⁠Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe, Capcut or similar platforms.

4. ⁠Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and strategies for audience engagement.

5. ⁠Excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and a strong creative mindset.

6. ⁠Strong creative skills with the ability to create engaging content and tell captivating stories, especially in advocacy or educational settings
