- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with artist and label campaigns - Create content ideas, manage execution, write copy/captions, and publish posts - Manage posting schedules across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, growth) - Coordinate with creative, production, and artist management teams for content needs - Track relevant trends and turn them into content for RFAS Music and its artists - Engage with the audience by responding to key comments/messages and fostering positive interactions - Prepare regular social media performance reports - Support campaign activations such as music releases, concerts, KOLs or brand collaborations
