Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with artist and label campaigns. • Create content ideas, manage execution, write copy/captions, and publish posts. • Manage posting schedules across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc). • Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, growth). • Coordinate with creative, production, and artist management teams for content needs. • Track relevant trends and turn them into content for RFAS Music and its artists. • Engage with the audience by responding to key comments/messages and fostering positive interactions. • Prepare regular social media performance reports. • Support campaign activations such as music releases, concerts, KOLs, or brand collaborations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Communication, Marketing, or related). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the creative or music industry (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Spotify, etc). • Skilled in creating engaging content (captioning, copywriting, storytelling). • Basic design and editing skills (Canva; CapCut is a plus). • Creative and up-to-date with music trends and pop culture. • Able to work under deadlines, with clear targets, and in collaboration with creative/artist management teams. • Communicative, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
