Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain Varnion's image and reputation both internally and externally.
Prepare detailed reports following client visits.
Oversee client cases and requests until fully resolved, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
Assist with processes and take charge of Varnion events as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Management
Min. 1 year working experience in relevant field
Strong communication and writing skill in English
Good understanding in marketing strategy
Possess pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in marketing
