Store Manager

Placement : Jakarta / Cibubur / Batam/ Bandung

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve monthly sales and profit targets.

• Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.

• Oversee store operations, inventory, and maintenance.

• Maintain attractive visual displays that reflect KKV’s trendy and youthful style.

• Recruit, train, and motivate your team to reach their goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major.

• Fluent in English is a Must

• 3–5 years of experience in retail store management; experience in new store setup is a plus.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.

• Strong analytical , problem-solving skills, excellent planning and leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Open to relocation (domestic or international)
